Beautiful neighborhoods , made exploring the area quite easy. The staff was friendly, and the rooms were well-equipped with necessary amenities. The breakfast options could be a bit more diverse.

It was quite comfortable stay, I thoroughly enjoyed fabulous food.

The location was very central, fantastic close to metro stations. The hotel room was spotless, airy. The terrific service and the attention to detail! I didn't want to say goodbye and would consider staying here again.

My room with bathroom, excellent bedding plus A/C was reasonably large and NICE styled, had good night's sleep. The hotel met requirements, I would stay here again.

convenient location near Insadong main street, separate toilet area, free laundry service

A shower tub isn't ideal. A rain shower would be preferred!!! Lack of bidets is disappointing, especially in Korea!!! Thin walls allow noise from nearby rooms to seep in, which may disrupt your stay!!!

Liked the hotel, it was modern with perfectly comfortable and handy location so close to everything. Location: the property was just off many shops and bars as well as the Insadong shopping street including ssamzigil, many cafes and restaurants, subways and tourist spots. I dined near the hotel at Hano Iui Morning.

Sunbee hotel insadong is a wonderful little hotel with a fantastic location. It's just a short walk to the anguk metro and bus 6011 from incheon airport. My large quiet room was super comfortable, and the staff were lovely and very helpful. The laundry room was also a great convenience!

The AC worked perfectly during our trip, and the staff were helpful, recommending places to explore like Ikseondong and the vibrant Insadong area. The location is fantastic, with convenience stores and subway stations nearby. Definitely a great choice for groups!

It would have been better if the café offered more than just sandwiches for a snack option.

The Sunbee Hotel Insadong offers a prime location for business travelers, with easy access to major tourist sites and local eateries. The room was spacious and well-equipped with amenities such as a kettle, coffee, and high-speed Wi-Fi. The complimentary laundry facility in the basement was very convenient for extended stays. The staff provided excellent service, assisting with transportation and offering helpful recommendations.

The breakfast selection could be improved.

The separate toilet room is somewhat cramped and could easily feel claustrophobic, especially with the inward-opening door. While I found the shower area nice, I would've preferred a rain shower head over the large tub setup. Breakfast was a bit tricky. The café was closed , so finding breakfast offsite was a hassle. Plus, the AC unit has a bright blue light that disrupts sleep unless you turn it off, which leaves the room uncomfortably warm.

For a unique experience, ask about the traditional Korean-style room option. It's spacious and offers a comfortable feel that might surprise you.

Located in a quiet corner, this gem features large, clean rooms equipped with air conditioning and free Wi-Fi. Providing helpful tips about local attractions. Just a short walk to the subway and Insadong shopping area, the location couldn't be better. The Sicilian pastries at the attached cafe were a good treat each morning.

great location but some room for improvement

The area was vibrant, conveniently located next to Insadong street and a short taxi ride from Myeongdong shopping. The Beautiful Twin Room was spacious, allowing my family to feel at ease . We also enjoyed the beautiful city view from our room.

The amenities, while adequate, felt a bit minimal for a longer stay.
